We are pleased to announce that we have advised Axpo Polska sp. z o.o. on the conclusion of a long-term comprehensive gas supply agreement for the Wienerberger Group’s plants in Poland.
Wienerberger Ceramika Budowlana sp. z o.o. is part of the Wienerberger Group, which is the world’s largest producer of bricks.
This is another long-term gas sales agreement on the Polish market on which our law firm advised. The project was led by legal counsel Kacper Skalski. It is worth mentioning that in addition to long-term gas and energy sales contracts, our Law Firm also advises on the largest Corporate PPAs providing green energy for the largest industrial customers in Poland.
