Provides comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, advises on litigation and recovery of receivables from contractors. She also provides legal advice to financial institutions and acts to secure the current interests of bondholders.
She gained practical skills necessary in the profession of a lawyer cooperating with renowned law firms and serving the legal department of an international capital company. She also worked as an assistant judge.
In her previous practice she dealt with, among others: running current affairs of commercial law companies, legal services for large entities in the energy industry, legal due diligence of real estate, conducting court proceedings mainly in the field of civil law and commercial law as well as effective debt collection and protection of the debtor’s interests in enforcement proceedings.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. During her studies, she was awarded a scholarship by the Rector of the University of Warsaw for the best students. She completed her legal training before the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, and then passed the attorney’s examination before the District Bar Council in Warsaw, gaining professional qualifications to practice as an advocate.
