We are pleased to announce that we have carried out the process of increasing the share capital of the energy company Axpo Polska sp. z o.o. by PLN 240 million. Axpo Polska is an energy company with licenses for electricity trading and licenses for natural gas trading. It offers both electricity and natural gas sales to its customers and offers off-take of electricity from renewable energy sources under the terms of PPAs and corporate PPAs.
We are pleased together with the team of Axpo Polska sp. z o.o. with the development of the largest independent energy seller and buyer of renewable energy.
