We advised on the sale of the PV project

We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the sale of shares in EP Solar Ltd. The company holds the project rights and admission to the RES auction for a 0.99MW photovoltaic (PV) installation. We have been developing the project since 2019, securing the transfer and extension of the connection agreement, administrative permits and real estate rights. We also obtained admission to the RES auction. The advice of the firm’s lawyers included the preparation of transaction documents and the closing of the transaction. The firm’s energy law team was led by legal counsel Kacper Skalski. We wish the buyer of the PV project a bright development, winning the RES auction and as few adverse regulatory changes as possible
