We advised on the acquisition of a PV photovoltaic project

We are pleased to announce that last month we finalized a transaction for the acquisition of design rights for a 0.9 MW photovoltaic installation and the transfer of design rights including the connection agreement. The advice of the firm’s lawyers included preparation of due diligence, preparation of transaction documents and transfer of the decision and connection agreement to the new entity. The work of the firm’s energy law team was led by legal counsel Kacper Skalski and trainee attorney Karolina Wcisło.
