We are pleased to announce that we have obtained an electricity trading license for our client. What is noteworthy is that this is one of 5 concessions for electricity trading (OEE) issued this year by the Energy Regulatory Office.
On the part of the Firm, we would like to thank the officials of the ERO for the smooth conduct of the process.
The energy law team of the Firm, led by legal counsel Kacper Skalski, was responsible for obtaining the license of the President of the ERO for electricity.
