We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Polish OGZ foreign natural gas trading license for the largest Polish independent energy and gas trader. What is noteworthy is that this is one of two licensed in Poland for trading natural gas with foreign OGZ issued this year by the Energy Regulatory Office.

The energy law team of our Law Firm, was led by legal counsel Kacper Skalski, who was responsible for obtaining Polish license of the President of the ERO to trade in natural gas form Poland to foreign countries (OGZ Poland licence).
