We are pleased to announce that we have obtained Polish license for foreign trade in natural gas for OGZ and Polish license for trade in gaseous fuels OPG for GASUM OY. GASUM OY is one of the largest energy concerns operating on the Scandinavian market. The entry of such a large entity into the Polish gas market may have a positive impact on Poland gas security.
On the part of the Law Firm, we would like to thank the URE officials for efficiently carrying out the process of obtaining Polish license for trading in gaseous fuels and Polish license for foreign gas trading.
The Law Firm’s energy law team led by legal advisor Kacper Skalski was responsible for obtaining the license from the President of the Energy Regulatory Office for foreign trade in natural gas OGZ and the license for trade in gaseous fuels OPG.
