We are proud to announce that Kamil Ciupka, a member of our Financial Law and FinTech team, has received a distinction in the 28th edition of the competition for the best master’s theses in commercial law, organized by Wolters Kluwer Polska and the editorial board of the monthly journal Przegląd Prawa Handlowego. The award recognizes outstanding master’s theses defended during the 2024/2025 academic year.
Kamil’s distinguished thesis, “Between a Financial Instrument and a Means of Payment: Crypto-Assets in Light of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114”, was defended at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków under the supervision of Professor Krzysztof Oplustil.
