Attorney-at-law, energy law expert with practical experience gained at the Energy Regulatory Office. For many years he worked at the Energy Regulatory Office, where he dealt with regulations on natural gas, as well as biogas and hydrogen. He also participated in the work of the Energy Regulatory Office at the international level (ACER, CEER).
A graduate of law and international relations at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Socrates-Erasmus scholarship holder at the University of Reims in France (Université de Reims-Champagne-Ardenne). A graduate of the British Law Center (Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills) organized by the University of Warsaw and Cambridge University. He also completed supplementary master’s studies conducted in French: “Master of professional economic law, specialization: French and European Business Law, (Master professionnel de Droit des affaires, spécialité: Droit français et européen des affaires).
Currently, he is preparing a doctoral dissertation devoted to the support system for the biogas and hydrogen market in Polish and European law.
