We are pleased to inform you that we are strengthening the energy law team of our law firm. On September 1, Adam Madejski joined the energy law team. He is a legal adviser with many years of experience in the field of energy law. In the energy law team, Adam will be responsible for providing services to companies from the energy industry, advising on corporate PPAs, contracts for the sale of electricity to end users, contracts for the receipt of energy from RES, due diligence and ESG issues.
In his practice to date, Adam has provided legal advice to distribution system operators, companies from the mining industry, heavy industry and end consumers of electricity, including corporate PPAs.
