We are pleased to announce that we have obtained another concession for the production of electricity in a renewable energy source installation (WEE concession). What is noteworthy is that the photovoltaic installation for which we obtained a license will provide the energy requirements for the production plant.
The energy law team of our law firm was responsible for obtaining a license from the President of the Energy Regulatory Office to produce electricity in a renewable energy source installation (WEE license), and legal counsel Kacper Skalski and trainee attorney Karolina Wcisło were directly involved.
