We are pleased to announce that this month we finalized the acquisition of a stake in an operating 2 MW wind farm. The advice of the firm’s lawyers to the foreign investor included the preparation of an energy law regulatory report, due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, obtaining approvals from banks and NFOSiGW for the transaction. The firm’s energy law team was led by legal counsel Kacper Skalski and trainee attorney Karolina Wcisło. We wish the buyer of the wind farm successful winds and as few adverse regulatory changes as possible 😉
