We are pleased to announce that, acting on behalf of the property owner, we have brought about the conclusion of a land lease agreement for a 2.8 MW photovoltaic power plant. Importantly, this photovoltaic power plant has been built, is already generating electricity, and the property owner is already receiving the lease rent in full. Enclosed we present the references of the property owner for whom we reviewed the land lease agreement for the photovoltaic power plant. You will find the full text of the reference in the References tab. P.S. We are still waiting for the transfer of photos of the photovoltaic power plant built on the leased land.
