This week we succeeded in bringing about the conclusion of property leases for two photovoltaic power plant projects. In one of the projects, we legally advised the property owners by leading to the conclusion of a preliminary land lease agreement for a photovoltaic power plant. Noteworthy, the lease agreement for the property for the photovoltaic power plant will cover an area of more than 300 hectares. The investor in this project is one of the state-owned companies, which intends to realize one of the largest photovoltaic power plants in Poland on the leased property. With the conclusion of the lease agreement, the investor will be able to obtain development conditions and apply for connection conditions.
The second project, which we successfully completed this week, involved advising the property owner on the conclusion of a lease agreement for a slightly smaller photovoltaic power plant project. The investor plans to build a photovoltaic power plant of up to 3MW on the leased land. Enclosed we present references of the property owner for whom we provided an opinion on the land lease agreement for a photovoltaic power plant and whom we represented in negotiating the lease agreement for a photovoltaic power plant.
