Grzegorz Mikos, a legal advisor at our law firm, conducted a training course for one of the foreign investors intending to obtain concessions for trading in electric energy (OEE) and start trading in electric energy in Poland. During the training we presented step by step all the steps necessary to begin trading in electricity on the Polish Power Exchange (POLPX) and the sale of energy to end users on the basis of a concession for trading in electricity OEE. We presented how to obtain an OEE electricity trading license and the obligations associated with an OEE electricity trading license. Including obligations to other market participants and state authorities of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) and the Financial Supervision Commission. We also talked about physical and virtual Corporate PPAs (cPPAs).
