The Team

Kamil Prokopowicz specializes in regulatory consulting for the financial sector and advises our clients in particular in licensing proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). His interests include the latest legislative initiatives of the European Union, including those concerning payment services, open finance, crowdfunding and virtual assets. Kamil graduated from the Jagiellonian University Law School, where he defended his master’s thesis devoted to the problem of transfer of personal data from the European Union to third countries. He gained international experience during his scholarship stays in the UK at the University of Glasgow and the Czech Republic at the Masaryk University.He co-authored excercise books on constitutional law, which were published by the renowned Wolters Kluwer Polska publishing house.

From January 2024 attorney at law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association. In his free time, he is a lover of road biking and hiking. He is fluent in English.
