Legal advisor specialising in corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate disputes.
In his practice, he focuses on providing comprehensive legal services to companies. He supports clients at all stages of M&A transactions and assists partners and shareholders in drafting shareholder agreements (SHA). He advises private and public companies and has experience in company transformations, mergers and divisions.
He represents clients at shareholders’ meetings and general meetings of shareholders. He has participated in complex corporate disputes, representing the interests of companies, partners and shareholders of public and private companies.
He gained his professional experience working with renowned law firms in Warsaw, Łódź and Kraków. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
