We would like to invite you to the expert training course Current Concession Obligations of Enterprises with Electricity Trading Concession (OEE), organized in cooperation with Perfect Skills, which will be held on October 3, 2017 in Warsaw.
We will conduct a training course conducted in the form of a practical workshop on concession obligations for enterprises holding an electricity trading concession. As part of the workshop, we will present how to fulfill the obligations associated with holding a license for electricity trading to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and other authorities.
The training is a workshop in which we will work together with you on model documents used by the Energy Regulatory Office, the Polish Power Exchange, the ARE, the CSO, the Customs Office or the Ministry of Energy.
During the training we will present, among other things:
- the scope of concession obligations to the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority,
- the scope of duties of the excise tax payer,
- methodology of calculating the concession fee and practical problems related to its payment,
- the annual obligation to redeem the relevant certificates of origin (the so-called “color certificates” – currently green, red, yellow, purple, white) or pay a substitute fee),
- clarification of the obligation to register and obtain the so-called ACER Code and report transaction data in accordance with the REMIT regulation,
- obligation to submit data and information upon written request from the President of the ERO,
- scope of statistical obligations to the CSO,
- recent amendments to the Energy Law and the Law on Renewable Energy Sources and their impact on electricity sellers
The workshop is conducted in the form of practical case studies, with the use of currently applicable reporting/declaration templates, and is individually tailored to the client’s profile.
Legal advisor Kacper Skalski, who is leading the workshop, has many years of experience in providing services to companies in the energy sector, in particular the largest companies trading in electricity.
