Legal counsel Kacper Skalski presented practical aspects of drafting Corporate PPAs in Poland. The training was conducted on the basis of the law firm’s experience, which has provided legal advice on many Corporate PPAs that operate in Poland. Legal counsel Kacper Skalski in already in 2017 represented one of the energy trading companies implementing a Corporate PPA based on the model of purchasing energy from wind farms at a fixed price with the simultaneous sale of this volume to the end user who owned the wind farms. In 2021, legal counsel Kacper Skalski advised Górażdże Cement SA on one of the largest Corporate PPAs in Poland with the 64MW Witnica photovoltaic farm.
