We would like to invite you to a free online training on the obligations of cryptoasset service providers (CASPs) in connection with the entry into force of Regulation 2023/1114 of May 31, 2023 on cryptoasset markets (MiCAR).
At the meeting, a lawyer at our law firm Kamil Prokopovich will answer the following questions, among others:
- Who should obtain a CASP license?
- What will the licensing procedure look like (documents, application processing time)?
- What will the license entitle to (geographical area, scope of services)?
- What obligations will CASPs have to fulfill?
- What will differentiate a VASP from a CASP in practice?
