We would like to invite you to a free webinar on the Law on Consumer Pawn Loan, which will come into effect on January 7, 2024. There is little time to comply with the new regulations, hence it is worth knowing now what regulatory requirements have been imposed on pawn shop entrepreneurs.
The event will take place on December 5, 2023 (Tuesday) from 11:00-12:00.
At the meeting, lawyers from our law firm will discuss, among other things, the obligations to adjust the content of contracts concluded with customers, obtain an entry in a specially created register kept by the Financial Supervision Commission or implement AML (anti-money laundering) and complaint procedures.
