Michał has 14 years of professional experience gained while working for Polish and foreign clients. He specializes in corporate services for companies as well as mergers and acquisitions. His practice includes cooperation with private equity and venture capital funds in acquisitions and subsequent exit transactions from portfolio companies, including from the renewable energy industry. He coordinates work related to the transaction, starting from the preparation of the legal structure of the transaction, conducting due diligence, as well as preparation and negotiation of transaction documents
He gained professional experience in Polish (SRC Smolarek, Rogala, Caban Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Sp.p., Crido Legal) and international law firms (PwC Legal).
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, the Center for English and European Law run by the University of Cambridge in cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and postgraduate studies in company law at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the Università degli Studi di Cassino in Italy and at the University of Notre Dame du Lac (USA). He is a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
